Refund & Return Policy

At Creative Honey, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to deliver the best-quality DIY kits, art supplies, and craft materials to every creator. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product

• You received an incorrect item (wrong product or missing item)

To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products

• Customized or personalized items

• Orders placed during special sales or discounts

• Minor variations in color/finish (as screens may display colors differently) 

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, or

• You may choose to receive store credit or a replacement, based on your preference

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

4. How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@creativehoney.in within 48 hours of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the product and packaging

• A short description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been dispatched. After that, cancellations may not be possible.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please follow the return process (if applicable) and place a new order.
